Multi-state Medicaid services provider
A developmental disabilities provider reimbursed through Medicaid across nine programs had no reliable view of how authorized service hours translated into revenue. We built its financial operating model from the authorization data up, reconciling per-diem and fifteen-minute unit billing in one place. The model showed personnel cost at 83 percent of projected revenue and identified 18 authorizations expiring within 90 days with no renewal plan in place.
Behavioral health intake and claims platform
A clinical intake application and claims gateway for a behavioral health provider entering a new state market. Because the platform handles protected health information, the architecture was designed around the HIPAA Security Rule, with least-privilege access, tenant isolation and an audit trail from intake through claim submission. Licensing documentation was produced alongside the software.
Federal procurement intelligence platform
A platform that ingests federal solicitations, matches them against a contractor’s capability profile and drafts the response framework a proposal team would otherwise assemble by hand. It runs on serverless AWS with a multi-tenant data layer and cost controls on every model call.
